Shipping & Returns policy

It is important to read and familiarize yourself with our shipping and returns policies before ordering.

 

Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide delivery, meaning no matter where you are you can still purchase our products.

It is important that you read all individual items product descriptions fully to ensure the delivery time is known before you buy.

All items (unless otherwise stated) are on Pre Order for up to 3 weeks for delivery. This means that your order will be delivered to you within this 3 week time frame. This information is clear to see on all product descriptions before you buy.

It is important that you are aware that after an item is purchased, we can not cancel an item as it will be posted to your address- but if this item is no longer required you can see returns information in our Returns & Exchange Policy below. This also means that as a company we are not liable for any wrong information e.g. addresses etc given, so please get in touch immediately if any mistakes are made.

If you order multiple items in your order- these will often arrive induvial as single items and can be delivered at different points in the 3 week period.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your FestiFitz purchase! But, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase our returns policy is as follows.

​

We offer an Exchange or Credit Note to the website only. 

Credit notes can also used on our sister-brand Saint Luxe Clothing.

Customers are liable for the postage charge of returning an item. This must be done within 30 days from receiving your order. 

For your return, please email contact@festifitz.com to be sent our Returns Form. Please print and fill out the returns form accordingly, and post back to the address on the form.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You MUST contact us for our returns form so your parcel to ensure it is posted back to us correctly. It is also important that you sent this tracked so you have proof of postage as we are not liable for any lost parcels or parcels sent to the wrong address.
